BestIPTV-8K provides an IPTV streaming service including live TV channels and video-on-demand content. Service availability is subject to technical conditions and content availability.
3. Subscription & Payment
- Subscriptions begin upon payment confirmation and credential delivery
- All prices are as stated on our pricing page at time of purchase
- Payments are accepted via PayPal, cryptocurrency, and bank transfer
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, as this is a digital service
4. Acceptable Use
Each subscription is for personal use on the number of devices specified in your plan. Redistribution, reselling, or sharing credentials with non-authorized users is prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.
5. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, or events outside our control may cause temporary service interruptions. We will notify subscribers of planned maintenance when possible.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
7. Limitation of Liability
BestIPTV-8K shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription amount paid.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
